Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records accurately.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GST laws, rules, and accounting standards.
• Utilize accounting software (Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks) for data management.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in audits as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GST laws, rules, and compliance procedures.
• Proven experience in GST return filing and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Voice, Accent, and Communication Skills training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Assess trainees’ current communication and accent levels to design customized training plans.
• Develop and deliver modules on Accent Neutralization, American Pronunciation, Intonation, and Grammar usage.
• Train employees on telephone etiquette, customer interaction standards, and cross-cultural communication.
• Create and maintain training content, exercises, and audio/visual materials for continuous learning.

Role- Contractual (6 Months)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or any related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer, preferably in a BPO, EdTech, or Corporate Training environment.
• Strong command over American English pronunciation, vocabulary, and cultural nuances.
• Excellent presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to assess learning needs and tailor training methodologies accordingly.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic e-learning tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in TESOL / TEFL / CELTA or similar training credentials.
• Exposure to Customer Service, Soft Skills, or Business Communication training.
• Experience conducting virtual training sessions (Zoom, MS Teams, or similar platforms
